KOAA Event Calendar The following are the terms for the use of the
KOAA Event Calendar service. When you sign up by clicking on the “Sign Up” button,
this constitutes a binding agreement between you and KOAA Event Calendar, and will be governed by the terms set forth below.
To decline acceptance of the service you should click the “Cancel” button.
KOAA Event Calendar reserves the right to change the following terms from time to time. Accordingly, you should refer to them periodically for any changes.
- You acknowledge that by submitting photographs or images related to events to the KOAA Event Calendar site,
you are agreeing that other individuals who access the KOAA Event Calendar web site may use such photographs or images.
This utilization will include the right of others to print your images for their own personal, non-commercial use.
- Any inappropriate event listings, which are obscene, pornographic or threatening,
may be removed by KOAA Event Calendar at any time without notice to you, and you will not be entitled to a refund.
- You may not place any event listings on the KOAA Event Calendar site that could infringe on the rights of privacy,
publicity or copyrights of others without the permission of the owner of those rights.
- In providing material to the KOAA Event Calendar site, you must provide the information requested,
and any anonymous submissions or submissions that include a false address will not be accepted.
- KOAA Event Calendar is not responsible for the content of any submission, and reserves the right to delete or edit submissions that,
in KOAA Event Calendar’s sole discretion are deemed defamatory, obscene or in violation of copyright or trademark laws,
or are otherwise unacceptable. If there is a question of copyright or trademark infringement,
KOAA Event Calendar reserves the right to seek confirmation of the copyright or trademark ownership from the submitter.
- In submitting descriptions, materials, or photographs to KOAA Event Calendar you acknowledge that any submission may be removed,
published, copied, modified, transmitted and displayed by KOAA Event Calendar for the purpose of delivering the offered services.
By submitting images, you are granting irrevocably your permission for the reprinting of your images by
others utilizing the KOAA Event Calendar site.
- The KOAA Event Calendar Website is available to its visitors (viewers) for personal and non-commercial use only.
The images provided with this service may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without the express written consent of KOAA Event Calendar.

Send a Message and Event Description aspects of each event you list.

from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees,
resulting from any violation by you of the terms of your use of the KOAA Event Calendar service, or any activity related to your account.
- The content and/or materials available through the KOAA Event Calendar site are provided on an as-is and as-available basis,
and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law,
KOAA Event Calendar expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to
